Overview
Phineas Krull is a bad man. A blowhard pirate and a murderous thief, he swears like, well, a sailor, and will do just about anything to achieve his clandestine “mission.” With a ragtag crew of bizarre henchmen, he steals an ornate sloop called The Waistgold from a port full of fantastical villains. Her ship’s wheel is encrusted with gems, which first catch his eye. But she proves to be seaworthy beyond his wildest dreams. In a scribe’s blood-soaked book, he learns that The Waistgold is enchanted, built by lonely young queen from the far north.
Later, armed with technologies beyond his understanding, she comes to take it back.
